At Kemah Holdings, our philosophy is that we strive to develop properties that are affordable for the tenants who will occupy them, yet still provide investment grade returns and maximize capitalization rates. We take educated risks that allow us to make informed decisions regarding acquisitions, we focus on identifying the highest and best use for any particular property and we develop and construct the property in house to achieve a maximum value.
Our investment strategies include joint venture investments, traditional finance and cash equity buy ins. We know the costs, we know the designs that work and we know the return ratios that create a solid investment.
